Trouble since new update - Page 2

Hey, I've been having some problems since the last DDI update. I didn't know if it was a problem with HL or a problem with DDI. When I download the data files, I get all of the classes and powers and equipment, etc. However, the powers for each class and some equipment say that they don't have descriptions. This kind of makes it difficult to use since I have to have books out to make use of it. Thanks for any help.

Try running the downloader again. When this has happened in the past, it seems to be because the D&DI compendium goes odd and forgets that you're logged in and that you should be able to access the full details for everything. There doesn't seem to be any way to solve it, other than waiting for it to start working again by itself.

Well, I've been downloading every night. Since it tends to take some four to six hours, this seems to be the best time. I'll keep downloading till it works again. And, here's hoping. Still love the program, of course.

Try logging into the D&D compendium with your web browser and looking at some of the powers you're having problems with. Can you view the power details there, or does it give you an error message? If you get an error, it's probably worth reporting to the D&DI technical support guys, since then you can point to a problem with the web site that you're having.
