Remove teamwork feats

I have created a new Inquisitor archtype that replaces the team work feats with other bonus feats I have gotten the new bonus feats to work properly but am unable to remove the original Teamwork feats. How do I remove them?

Are your new bonus feats using the same table as the old bonus teamwork feats were?

I don not know if my new bonus feats are using the same table as the orginial teamwork feats as I do not know which table the orginial teamwork feat use.

Collin and Mathias is it possible in an update to mark all tables that are used in all classes so when a user arch-type is made the user knows which tables to replace?
