So... I'm considering converting a Pathfinder campaign/Adventure Path to FATE Core, and would love to put it into Realm Works.

I started looking at creating a system structure for FATE Core, and can't really find any instructions for creating one's own system structure "from scratch." The Developer's Diary talks about it, but in the one article written it just says that creating custom structure is a topic for another article.

Anyone got any advice for me? Links to documentation or tutorials? Step-by-Step, starting from the very beginning, would be awesome, but I'll take anything I can get...

Thanks in advance!

I'd start with a system neutral realm and gather a bunch of sourcebooks together. You want to build a template for how FATE describes things like communities and NPC's. In the planning process it should also become apparent what tag domains you need to create.

Fundamentally that's all the system structure is. Category definitions and tag domains.

System Neutral rather than Other? That was actually one of the first questions that came to mind, but I was leaning toward Other based on the descriptions of each in the Designer's Diary...

Other is the better option, it has richer category definitions

The past is a rudder to guide us, not an anchor to hold us back.
