Actually, it sounds like you're going to need many similar techniques to L5R. So *please* take a look at all the suggestions I gave to SAbel to assist him in working on the L5R files. Those explanations ought to answer many of your questions before you ask them. Then you can focus here on the ones that aren't answered there. :-)
