M&M 2nd ed. Duplication power

I had some trouble with the Duplication power today. I want the Horde PF on and I selected the Progression PF as a prerequisite, but it still says I need Progression. Any thoughts?
 
I'm not at my home computer to check the code, but there are a few different Progression feats, and my suspicion is that it's looking for a specific one. I'll try to check once I'm home. Just to narrow things down, do you have Ultimate Power enabled?
 
Ah, I suspect the issue is that you added generic "Progression" instead of the Summon-specific "Progression, # Duplicates".
 
Yeah, it's a bit confusing, probably in part because the system developed organically as new stuff got added.
