Prepaired Spells

Is it possible to modify the prepared spells a caster has? An idea popped into my head about creating something that when added to a character it automatically fills in a set of pre-defined spells. I not looking to add extra slots or anything just something that could be used for default spell load outs and similar (add to char, then delete keeping the modifications)

I was already aware of those mechanics but was looking for possible alternates because there currently isnt a spell set feature in HL.
