When can we expect the next data file?

Anyone know when we can expect the next english data file? Alternatively has anyone done an update themselves which they can share?

Tonight!
AB 3.1 has much better error tracking....and I can't seem to consistently spell ruleset correctly...rulset, ruelset, etc.
But all that's sorted out and a new file should be appearing at an FTP sight near you tonight...barring any tornadic event like this weekend :?
