Adding Continual Flame to an Ioun Stone?

Hello Pathfinders.

How do I add continual flame to an Ioun Stone?

I'd probably take the easy way out and add an Adjustment to the item describing the addition; either with a Custom Name, Custom Text, or Equipment Note.

Thanks for the help. While trying to figure it out based upon your advice I found 'Ioun Torch' which is exactly what I needed.
