Hiho,

I had to reinstall my computer and seem to have lost my HeroLab license number. Searching through my eMails didn't reveal it either. Could anyone here give me a hint as to the Subject line of that eMail or the precise adress it would have been sent from?

Thanks,
Olav

Send an email to support - support@wolflair.com - they should be able to help you out. This is also one of the email addresses that you could have received email from them. Orders from them could also be from no-reply@lonewolfdevel.com
Best wishes

Yeah, that was my first idea as well. I didn't get a reply yet after about a week. Do you US-people have another one of your fancy holidays currently? ;-)

Install Hero Lab on the computer if you haven't done so yet. Then go to the License menu within HL and you'll see an option that's similar to "Send My Licenses To Me". You can enter your email address and have your license number(s) sent to you.

I'm not sure what the hiccup is with support. I'll investigate on this end.

Hope this helps!

Most excellent. Thank you VERY much. Worked like a charm.
