this website indicates a specific profile for Valmir von Raukov...unless I am missing something...is there a way to create a profile for the different Elector Counts of the the Empire? |

On page 477 the Warhammer 8th Edition indicates that "Elector Count Valmir von Raukov is an Empire General who bears a Runefang, the Dragon Bow, full plate armour and rides a warhorse."

Valmir von Raukov is part of a narrative campaign the studio played during the development of 8e then used as an illustrative example of the sort of thing people could do at home, had they the inclination.
He is not on any level an official part of the Empire army list any more than the Bright Wizard with the 48" range 5" template fireball that auto-casts with irresistible force is.
