I'm currently playing a Technomancer and I find it takes me a while to do my Maxtrix Actions. Having to look them up, see what the Dice Pool is, Limit, etc. It would be nice if there could be a Matrix Action component that could be set to calculate the rolls and limits (much like the Attribute Only tests work now). And have a tab to display them. I'd say a summary tab, but those seem pretty full as it is, but a tab that was kinda like the Special tab that just gives information would be nice.
There are a lot of Matrix actions, and memorizing them is not the easiest thing. |

Seconding this. As it stands for my Decker characters I have to make a txt file or scribble notes with each situation and the associated roll.
Unless we're missing something. :P |

Well I was looking at the Attribute-Only Tests in the editor has "Dice Pool Categorized As" and Matrix Action is one of the choices. This could work just fine, but it'd be nice to be able to have the limit show up.

Ok, already figured out how to show a limit, although it would be nice if it was possible to put the specific matrix attribute in, instead of just having an M.

I have a WIP custom output folder, but I need to hack in all of the javascript and CSS stuff for the roller portion.
I can, however, attach a version that has just the numbers - it is acting weird with life modules/skill groups. |

I have a thing if you want to try it out. Copy the contents of the attached zip file to C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\customoutput\shadowrun5\matrixactions_shadowru n5. If the folder matrixactions_shadowrun5 doesn't exist, you'll need to create it. That folder should contain 3 files: Matrix_Actions_NR.xsl, output.xml, and statblock.xsl.
It is designed to handle multiple characters in a portfolio. You should see a tabbed bar across the top with character names and when you click on it the page will show a bunch of the actions, a list of gear with relevant ASDF ratings (not sure where I can find Device Ratings), skills (Life modules makes it weird), and attributes. If I make updates to the file, I'll try to keep them here. Last edited by manchuwook; March 19th, 2017 at 08:44 AM. |

With a portfolio loaded up, you should be able to go to File -> Save Custom Output and it'll look like attached
