It’s an application called DM’s Familiar. It’s what I use to run combat in PF1 and Starfinder. It’s really old software with a clunky interface but I know the scripting language and I can add monsters in seconds. It rolls all my dice, tracks Init, and rolls spells attacks including durations.

I actually dont recommend the software as its super touchy, tends to crash with the wrong button push, and has a horrible 1980 interface. Shrug none of this bothers me and I think its features outway its downsides.
