I bought the game master edition, installed and created my account but the verification email never came so I cannot login to RW and use it.

I would like to suggest that new accounts aren't banned from using the software, maybe just disable the cloud sync portion?

Also, there needs to be a way to resend the email verification.

Often the email gets captured in the "junk" or "spam" folder the first time.... try there first...
But
You are correct, it would be helpful to have a request to resend.

spam folder was the first place I looked...

I have HL as well and wolflair.com emails flow through just peachy.

Further to this: if your email provider uses google mail as a back end, log into the webmail version and check spam there. It's not unusual for it to get trapped before it even gets sent to your computer.

thanks. I use gmail and the email hasn't arrived.

it is likely that I fat fingered my email address. I sent an email to support@ so I am hoping they will get back soon.

For Gmail users in particular, check the Spam folder under 'More' in the mailbox folder list from the web page at mail.google.com. This spam folder is separate from junk mail folder and is only accessible through the web page.

If it was caught as spam, please mark it as not spam and then please add the email address to your allowed address list.

The e-mail address it should come from is no-reply@realmworks.net for the activation e-mail and the support e-mails should come from support@wolflair.com. You can also perform a search of your mailbox for these e-mail addresses but keep in mind that there is an option checkbox on the search to select to search EVERYWHERE. By default, it will not search in the spam folder and probably some other folders.

I checked my spam folder ... there is no email from any realmworks.net domain emails.

the only wolflair emails I have are from my herolab purchase confirmations.

Just issue me a refund and I will purchase again at a later date when I have more time to go through this.

Also, I am very familiar with google mail ecosystem and all of its idiosyncracies ; you might call me a guru of the ether.

we just had a problem with our email not making to or from the big G yesterday and it was because we had a bad cert on our exchange server which was causing the TLS handshakes to fail.
