Would like a little notepad button for Custom Items so I can create notes for that item.

When you create them in the editor, there is a place for a description, you could enter in information there. I dont have HL with me at the moment, but i am pretty sure there is a decription area.

If you mean that you want to take some type of running notes as the campaign goes on, then you would need to use the Jounal.

I think he means when you go to the Weapon tab, then (New Magic, custom or masterwordk weapon and create a weapon) way, not going through the editor.

Yes, sorry about that. My bad. I'm just so used to having to work in the editor, lol. Thanks.

Actually I was thinking of a new "Scroll" button next to the edit button here for custom items only.

Now that I would love to see implemented. I pass out custom goodies all the time in game, and some of them just aren't worth the time to go through the editor to create, or don't fit into the confines of the custom weapon/armor/gear category offered from the buy lists. To be able to give the generic, then make game notes on the item, very handy.

BY clicking on the edit button, you should be able to do the same thing.

The notes button on the weapons could be used to keep information about each weapon that you do not want the player to know.

This almost makes me want the "notes" option on regular items too - that way if they've been cosmetically altered or have some unknown symbol on them, it could be done easily.
