A new release for Realm Works is now available. Please be aware, you'll be required to login to continue with Realm Works after installing the new version. This connection is required to introduce some new changes in preparation for Player Edition.
This new version should fix a number of issues, including the -500 sync error that some of you were encountering. If you still have issues following this new update, please update your support ticket by sending a follow-up email or send us a new bug report. To see the full list of changes and enhancements, please take a look at the Release Notes available within the product. To get ahead of the question, we'll have information about Player Edition in our upcoming monthly newsletter. Stay tuned for more details... |

The Release Notes are accessible from the Tools page of the Launcher, or in the docs folder in the Realm Works application folder.

The download page doesn't appear to be working. It just spins and spins. The rest of the site seems to work fine.

I just tried the download page and it all worked fine for me, including downloading Realm Works. It was quite likely a transient connection issue somewhere in the chain between your computer and the server hosting the actual file - I have no idea exactly where. Please give it another try.
