Edit: full questions answered

(Found this)Making a 6th level character using the chart on pg 511 of the core rules for PF2. I'm selecting things from the various tables of treasure. And I'm able to add runes to weapons and armor, but when it comes to Table 3 - Channel Protection Amulet.....I do not know how to add this to my character in HLO.

Also armor doesn't appear to have Check Penalties nor Movement penalties.

Not sure about the first question, but when it comes to Armor Check penalties, what is your character's STR? Per the rules if your Strength is high enough you can ignore Armor Check penalties and Speed penalties. HLO automatically adjusts the penalties based on your STR.

I did not realize that. I am still learning these rules. Thanks for pointing this out!
