Fate Core: A bug and a request.

Bug:
I was playing around with the Fate Core set to prepare for running a Tianxia game, but I noticed an issue when I started adding extras. The Stunts header on the Skills/Stunts tab gets hosed when I add any extra that either costs refresh or stunts.

For example:
1) new portfolio, Stunts header on tab says "0 of 3 Stunts allowed"
2) add an extra
3) make extra cost 1 Stunt
4) Stunts header now in Yellow and reads "3 of 3 Stunts allowed; -1 refresh)" at this point I would expect it to read "1 of 3 Stunts allowed" (even thought the 'stunt' is on a different tab.
4a) Same result if I make it cost 1 refresh instead of 1 Stunt.

Request:
1) It would be handy to be able to specify if an Extra costs less than a full Stunt/Refresh. I can do this currently by just adding as many extras as needed and making however many of them cost however much. But, when we get to be able to 'pre-create' extras, this would be good to have.

2) predefined Extras and the editor tab to support them - because we sometimes need to add scripts to an extra to get things just right.

3) configurable tabs like Pathfinder where we could create however many we need in the editor and have them available depending on or game/campaign.
