Unfortunately, I'm still getting the -500 error.
I've submitted three bug reports already (and only gotten responses back on one of them, and yes I've checked the spam folder) - do I really need to submit a fourth time for the same bug, or can you use one of the previous three? If so, that's what I'll do. Last time I was able to sync was way back in August. Would love to get this resolved. |

I'm in the same boat as Indus.... has not been working for a long time.

Rob / Liz,
It doesn't seem right that those of us unable to use the Cloud service be deducted our six months of time. Any chance you'll be extending extra Cloud time to those of us still affected by this -500 error? |
