problem loading .user file

When I start Hero Lab the "Configure Your Hero" screen shows 'no user sources defined' under User Content. I am trying to load a .user file I created using the editor. As best as I can tell it should load automatically, but it doesn't.

I am using the Mac version of Hero Lab.

The filename is VaccaMwangiExpanse.user. It is in my "Library/Application Support/Hero Lab/Data/pathfinder/" folder.

I have restarted Hero Lab since the .user file was created.

I don't see any error screens when Hero Lab starts.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you give the things you made in that .user file a source? If not, then there would be no source shown in the Configure Hero window, and things should be visible by default. Do you see the things you defined in that user file as available for selection?
