I've noticed that due to having purchased the Ultimate Campaign package the history tab appeared. I do not intend to use this content, so is there a way to exclude this tab without excluding the rest of the package?

In the Ultimate Campaign section of the settings, find the "Ultimate Campaign Character Backgrounds" section - there's three options there, and one of them is "Don't Use Backgrounds".

Thanks! Slightly off-topic, how do I disable the drawbacks from Ultimate Campaign?

In the Settings (Ctrl-K or CMD-K), "Optional Rules" section, uncheck "Use Drawbacks".

It was already unchecked, despite this, drawbacks in the Feat tab appear. I checked that it only happens if I have Ultimate Campaign active.

There isn't a way to hide the drawbacks table. The Use Drawbacks option is there for users who have added Drawbacks using the editor, but don't own Ultimate Campaign, so they have a table to add them on (behind the scenes, that option and Ultimate Campaign both add the same tag, which is what's actually checked to determine whether to show the table or not).
