Zach,
We were having problems with the server earlier today, but I do see that your order did finally go through. Hopefully you received your license information already. Please let me know if you have not and I will gladly send it to you again. I am so sorry for this inconvenience! Thank you for your patience. We had a nasty problem going on with our server that we thought was fixed on Wednesday, but it wasn't. It would timeout on various attempts to write to the database. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Microsoft today, and things now appear to be running smoothly. Please give it another try. Just don't get me started on SQLServer. Ugh...... |

Jonathan,
I checked on your order, and I see that the emails that were sent to you were not able to be delivered for some reason so they were returned to us. I am going to include your license numbers here so that you can get your copy of Army Builder up and running: license - ABGNH8M4V8MRVJV password - hoppebrooks@freenet.de Just download the demo onto your machine and run the license wizard using the numbers above. That will get you out of demo mode. I will also send the original license material email to you again for your records. Thank you for your order! Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist you further. I tried sending you a separate email with more explanation from a webmail account that goes out via a completely different server. With luck, that email will get through to you. The easiest solution here is to provide me with an alternate email address. I can then trigger your license materials to be re-sent to that email address instead. Thanks, Rob |
