Is there a field in Hero Lab that holds the critical confirmation value/modifiers in any way?

I assume we are talking about weapons? If not please include more information.
Look at any weapon tags/values after adding it to the character. The tags are used at later levels to set the value fields. So depending on your timing you need to either change the tag or change the value. I'm sure you know the basic rule: anything that can make an attack and crit has to make a critical confirmation roll. Normally, the same modifiers as the attack roll apply, but there are also abilities that modify this further. I'm not seeing anything re: critical confirmation on the weapons tags. I see wCritMin, wCritMult but nothing related to the confirmation roll. |

You mean the way the critical focus feat uses a situational bonus on attacks to say "+4 circumstance bonus to confirm critical hits"?
