I used to be able to click on Support.
And then navigate to Hero Lab support. And find the downloads that were available. So I could download and save the file for an update to either HL or Pathfinder. Now Support doesn't seem to have an option to get to that page. Is there a way to get there? |

Not really, but I did find a work around.
I used to click the support button. Then go to Pathfinder support, and there was the option to download the various files (most recent version of them). So you could get Pathfinder v14.17 or Hero Lab 8.8h. There was the option for the iPad version, and a long list of things available to download. With multiple devices, it was easier to download the update file once, and then run it on each device from the download. The workabout is to download through the installer, and then grab the file from the ProgramData\Hero Lab\Download folder. It was just easier to get from the old website, and the files had their version numbers listed. The ProgramData version just has the file name, although the Find Updates Patcher does let you know the version you're downloading, so you can rename the pathfinder file into Pathfinder v14.17. |
