We have some por files stored d20pfsrd HL Repository site. The encounters for the Adventure Paths and some one did the PFS pre-gen characters.
Honestly I think Realm Works and its soon to go live Market Place would be a better place to store pre-created characters. Only a DM needs pre made characters and Realm Works is geared 100% more towards DM.
