How to add a Domain to a Class/custom ability

How would I add a Cleric Domain to a Class Custom ability? I would also like the script to sort the domain by the characters diety.

Cleric domains ARE class custom abilities... sort of. They go in the same tables anyway, if that's what you mean.

Could you clarify? I'm not precisely sure what you're going for. Is this an archetype which applies domains to another class which doesn't normally get them, a new class, or something else entirely?
