Game System Conversion

Is this not working? I am trying to convert a 5th Edition rules book to Pathfinder and it keeps crashing. After doing some research on the forum I thought I would first convert it to System Neutral but it's just spinning. I really don't want to enter the whole thing by hand again.

Damn. Looks like I'm going to have to do it by hand again.

Or just log a fault and let the devs figure out why its not importing.

As long as you are not in a hurry. My experience over the past two weeks has been pretty poor with customer services responsiveness.

I've not had any luck converting a realm. What I've had to do is create an empty realm for the destination ruleset, then import the other system's content

I haven't tried recently but I converted several realms earlier this summer with no problems. So if there is an issue it is new.
