Agile maneuvers not adding Dex

I've recently added Pathfinder to my HL. When making a goblin rogue, the Agile Maneuvers feat doesn't seem to add the dex bonus to the shortsword's attack block. Am I doing it wrong?

The agile maneuvers feat doesn't add anything to weapons, only to the CMB. Are you thinking of the Weapon Finesse feat? That's the one that replaces STR with DEX for a weapon's attack roll.

I'm new to pathfinder. The way I read Agile Maneuvers was that it was the same as Weapon Finesse. Got that wrong apparently.

Yea, it only applies to Combat Maneuvers. Notice the "when calculating" or whatever the exact phrases is that it says.
