This ring works for any humanoid character whose hair is at least shoulder-length. Any time they're meditating, pondering or brooding, their hair blows dramatically in the wind, even if there is no wind.

Related to the "billowing" enchantment available for cloaks,capes, and long coats.

If your hair is blowing conveniently behind your head instead of on or over your face, it won't toss in with your cookies.
