I know that, a few times, people have commented that it's difficult to know whether a bug has been reported or fixed since the only lists we can see are our own. Here are my open 3E defects:
  • 91860: 3E - Possible to apply 3 levels of Increased Range
  • 88233: Custom XML output does not list Features for Headquarters and Vehicles
  • 57376: 3E - Arrays offer weird results if no powers are included.
  • 35578: 3E - 3E - Arrays inside Variable Structures don't get priced properly.

Some of these might be solved and the defect just not marked as fixed.

108345: 3E - Deflect cannot be turned on or off. Having it as an AE of a defensive power leads to PL issues.

FIXED - 111249 - Turning off the Summon Power sets negative abilities to 0

115248 - 3E - Mutants & Masterminds bug report: Mecha toughness bonus from Growth is counted twice

I'm not 100% that one wasn't already present, as the issue was found by someone else.
