miscellaneous modifier on skills

I recently created a kobold sorc and when I imported it to my tablet (paid android app), for some reason, every skill (points spent or not) that has an ability modifier also has the exact opposite miscellaneous modifier. +3 from str, -3 misc -2 from cha, +2 misc. No idea where it's coming from. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry. I'm not able to see the issue. Do you have any user files that are not part of the community set?

I would advise contacting the person that made the App. If the issue only appears wrong on the app then its not a HL issue.
