Skaven Warpfire Thrower validation error

When adding a Warpfire thrower to the roster, the rule for the # of teams states "Max 8 teams" no matter how many teams are added to the roster.
 
I cannot seem to reproduce the problem. Max team limit is 8. I get the validation error when adding the 9th team. Before that there I have no team limit validation error.
