I have all the oWoD & nWoD books, and id like to convert there rules into HL, but I dont know how, is there any kind of tutorial out there I could use, I also have the authoring kit.

Check your Help menu. I know that the Pathfinder and M&M datasets have a separate tutorial foir using the editor to enter data available, so it would not surprise me if WoD does as well. I am away from my install, though, so I'm afraid I can't check for you.

In case you haven't found it yet, go into the Editor and select the first item off of the Help menu.
