Cleric Turning Undead modifiers/totals?

Okay, I created a cleric. I have the Glory domain (+2 bonus to turning, +1d6 turning damage) and a knowledge of religion of rank 5 which grants another +2 to Turning check.

Is there a spot on the record sheet that tallies up these modifiers to my Turn Undead check? I see the Special ability for the Glory domain, but I don't see the +2 for the knowledge listed anywhere.

Is the Turning Check/Damage tallied anywhere on the character sheet?

Not that I'm aware of. I've edited the Turn/Rebuke Undead special ability to add that to the name. And I'm not sure I've covered everything. Been considering doing the same for spell DCs, but that requires all the spells be overhauled (which I've been considering anyhow).
