4e Problem

i'm in Demo mode, and I wanan make a quick character for 4E However when I try it says there's nothing at all to work with, despite me having downloaded all the files for it and updated them.

Have you run the data downloader for your Dungeons & Dragons Insider account? That is where the data comes from.
