The expanded version of the NPComp was a Kickstarter a few months ago. HeroLab support was one of the unlocked stretch goals, so I assume it's just a question of time, or finding a freelancer to update to existing files with the new stuff. No set timetable that I could find, however.

The Kickstarter mentions that the HL Files were funded and that they plan to pay a developer to create them. This is likely not being done by Lone Wolf, so you might be best off sending an email to Kobold Press and asking them how things are going.
