The title for this pathfinder adjustment is wrong. It is actually the Bard's inspire greatness ability as it says in the text.

I think this adjustment is not part of the official files; it comes from the d20pfsrd repository, and is a few years old.

Also I think you may have sent a bug report to Rite Publishing about this, but I know we haven't done any adjustments.
