I love the work you do here because you make my Warhammer 40K game so much easier! I am sorry to seem impatient, and I know the codex is not even released to the public for sale. I was just wondering when it is reasonable to expect an update with the new Space Marine Codex...

Their policy is minimum 1 month after the codex is released everywhere (usually the US release date is last). They'll usually publish a beta about a week before the release at www.ab40k.org.

Is anyone actively working this? I was about to start but I don't want to duplicate efforts.

Yes, the 5ed file for SM is being actively worked on. There is an Alpha version being tested right now. We hope to have it available for general release soon. Unfortunately, I am unable to give an ETA. There was a number of things that were updated for this new version.

Awesom stuff guys! thank-you very much for all the hard work!
My question is what was the official release date of the SM:Codex? I can't seem to find that information. This is by far the most anticipated release for me! |

Just want to add my never-ending thanks. Just got back into 40K after a few years absense, and as an ex-maintainer I know exactly what you guys go through!
If you can keep your head while all about you are loosing their's, then you have probably completely misunderstood the situation. WFB Armies: High Elves (4,500), Orcs & Goblins (6,000) and Daemons of Chaos (6,000) 40K Armies: Ultramarines (6,500), Blood Angels (7,000), Dark Angels (4,000), Imperial Guard (3,500), Orks (4,500), Tyranids (4,000), Dark Eldar (2,500) and Tau Empire (2,500) |

Hey all,
you guys do an awesome job, but I was wondering. I saw the 5th Edition Marines data came out today in French, is it going to be long to translate it or is there another reason your holding it until Nov 4th? |
