I'd have to say it depends on your background, zmed69. My first use of the ABCreator was to completely build from scratch the Dark Ages data files (which are still prototype, so don't ask). I found it challenging, but not unreasonable. But I've been a database programmer for over 10 years. <shrug> My opinion : if you're up to a challenge, give it a go. -->Pr0fane -----Original Message----- From: ImhotepTheArchitect [mailto:imhotepthearchitect@yahoo.com] Sent: March 4, 2003 11:54 PM To: armybuilder@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [AB] Daemon hunters Your best bet is to try it and see. Although I will say that trying to integrate anything into the 40k files is not an eay undertaking. Daemonhunters requires that you use units from several other army lists as well, so i would personallhy recommend that you go through the tutorials first to make sure you have a healthy understranding of inheritance and augmentation. Also, demonhunters doesn't *require* use of units from other lists, but it does allow for it, as well as for other armies to use DH stuff, so that would certainly add to the complexity. > G'day everybody. > > I'd have to say it depends on your background, zmed69. > > My first use of the ABCreator was to completely build from scratch the Dark > Ages data files (which are still prototype, so don't ask).
