The most likely to be up to date site is the ab-files@egroups.com Files
section. Also, the Army Builder section of http://www.skrill.org/ is
always up to date unless my brain stops and I forget.

A new Lite version of AB and reaonably complete data files for DE. Updated
files will be available on the web-site when DE is released.

Nope. The data files will be released when DE is released. I believe the
street date for DE is July 28th (or thereabouts) and AB V2.0 will be
released at about the same time.
