Power: Summon

I am not sure that the summon power is working correctly, or I am just not reading the description right.

The way I read the power is that it gives you point for minions and allows you to instantly have them by your side.

Problem: It doesn’t allow you to create the minion for the summoning power.

Is this right?

Edit: Sorry I'm an idiot. Realized that I had not checked the the box to equip the power to the character. When I checked the box the minion control panel popped into being.

Yup - the minions don't appear unless the power is active, so we need to let you turn it off (in case someone drains it or counters it or something similar).
