Filtering tags

I wonder if I am making the wrong assumptions...

I've been busy adding info in topics and articles and what-not in straightforward batches, but now I need to use filtering and realised that,

1) whenever I add two tags to the scope filtering, no topic appears although...
1.1) if the first tag is used, topics A and B appear
1.2) if the second is used, topics B and C appear
1.3) This holds true with two tags from the same domain or different.

If I use the Custom Search (text and/or tags) it always works, though.

So, is it impossible to use more than two tags with the scope filter?

Sounds like a bug to me. I'd expect it to give you all Topics/Articles that have both tags.

I can't repeat this problem.

For example, I just did a tag filter to find cantrips that take one action to cast and it worked as expected. Here are my steps:

Click on the hourglass icon in the search field at the top of the navigation panel. The "Custom Search Filter" dialog box appears.
Click on the "Click to Add Tags to Search Filter" button in the "Custom Search Filter" dialog box
Select the tag "1 Action" under "Spell Casting Time" domain.
Select the "Cantrip" tag from the "Spell Level" domain
Click "OK" and "OK" again.
All articles for cantrips that take one action to cast are displayed in the navigation pane.

Oops! Reading Comprehension fail. Custom search works.

I tried with the "Scope Filter Dialog", select the same tags and...nothing appeared! So, yes, same issue here.

BTW, what is the purpose of the Scope Filter Dialog versus the custom filter dialog? The only difference seems to be that scope filtering is limited to tags, but can be applied across all tabs.

I would think that getting multiple bug reports on the same issue would at least verify that it is not just one person, so I would say yes.
