Hello all, new to RW and this forum and still finding my feet.

I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to the following question:

I've created a Place as a Community but I now want it to be a Adventure Area. Can I still change it and if so, how?

Cheers,
TheRoeler

From within the topic.

Click the toolbox icon up the top right > Topic Category > Change Topic to a Different Category

As daplunk described.. but make sure you are in "View mode" and not "Edit mode" when you try to make the change. RealmWorks will not let you change the Topic Category while the Topic is already being edited.

Also, if you have not put any information into it yet, the easier course may be to delete the topic and create a new one in the other Category.

Finally, when you make the change, you will initially see some snippets that do not match the new Topic Category.. old snippets have been carried over to the new Category, and missing ones added.

Excellent, thanks for the quick replies! The not being in Edit mode is what caused the confusion as assumed you had to be in Edit mode.

Never assume eh.

Thanks again!
