Adding spells from one spell list to another one

I am looking for a way in HLO to add a spell to a spell list for a class in Pathfinder 2e.

For example, adding an arcane spell like Produce Flame to the Divine spell list for a specific character.

Have tried looking through/searching the forum to see if anyone had asked something similar, but unfortunately I could not find anything similar to this.
