Bonus fame

I thought bonus fame was working at one point, but it doesn't seem to be now. When I attempt to add "Faction for 1st reputation awarded" it now only shows the slotted faction. Is this bugged?

Make sure to have the other Factions listed on the profile page. You can only have one Faction Champion boon active but you can any/all factions listed. That will make them available on the pull down in the journal.
