When making a Vampire Counts list, if you choose a model, such as Konrad to be the general, you get an error which states "Your General must have magic powers."
That is wrong. In this edition of the VC army, your general must be the Vampire with the highest leadership. He need not have magic powers - it's just that most Vampires do. A list with Konrad as the only character is legitimate by the rules but not by the files. |
