Adding spell-like abilities to custom NPC

I'm trying to bring a statblock from an AP into HLO, but I can't seem to be able to add spell-like abilities to it. I chose the "Basic NPC" option. When I go to add an SLA in the customize race section, it lists only the following: Summon Allies, Discern Lies, Divine Power, Greater Divine Power, Lesser Divine Power, Mind Probe, and Telepathic Bond. It doesn't list any actual spells however, and I can't figure out how to add spells to the SLA list. The monster is supposed to have charm monster and dimension door 1/day and flight and nondetection at will.

Am I missing something, or is this just not supported?
