Why can't I access IA3 choices for the Tau Empire?

I don’t see those choices even though I have selected the box. Also why can’t you select super heavy choices with AB3?

Apologies for that, as yet not all the IA3 stuff has been entred into the new Tau file but it should be done some time in the near future but we can't give an exact date
