Not authoring stuff, the simple stuff. I have a pretty good grasp on the tool so far but there's a couple things I haven't figured out.
1. How do I add money to an NPC? On a PC you use Journal entries but those aren't there on an NPC. How do I set how much $$ they have? 2. Weapon listings. Is there a way to have it list Ray and other common "not quite a weapon" weapons (esp. ranged touch?) And abilites that require hit rolls.. Telekinetic Fist for transmuters? Thanks... |

1) On the configure hero form, you can alter the starting cash for a character. You can use that to add more money to an NPC.
2) This is on my to-do list. In the meantime, the spellcasting classes and the top of the "Other Weapons" table & Weapons summary list the melee and ranged touch attack modifiers. |

There is an official way. It's what's displayed on those tables. There's already a "Ray" weapon available for selection by feats like weapon focus that will properly add weapon focus's bonus to the ranged touch attack.

How do you get that to display on the character sheet? If that was added at some point and I am not aware of it that is awesome and will start to use that instead.

They're displayed just before the spells list for each spellcasting class.

LOL I assume this means it's going on your to do list. If so it can go way at the bottom as the custom stuff I have works just fine for now. I was just curious about the core HL version was all.
