I have been trying (and failing) to make an adjustment in the editor.
Here is a little information to understand why I am doing this: I run a game every Monday for some friends. One of them is playing a Kitsune Oracle. She asked me about being able to transform into an actual non-anthropomorphic fox as a standard ability, like being able to transform into a human. I told her this would not be a problem with me as I think it would be fun for her. Here comes my problem though. I have tried to make an adjustment that allows her character to gain another change shape racial ability. I am having absolutely no luck here... Honestly, I do not really even know what I am doing. I went over all the informative information and was able to create a new weapon (Yay ) about a month ago, but I am at a loss for this adjustment. I would really like some assistance if anyone is able to provide. So what I am basically looking for is: An adjustment that will allow me to add another racial ability to a character. The racial ability that can allow a character to transform into a fox. That is pretty much it, I am hoping someone can explain what I need to do to make this. Thank you for your time. |

See "Fox Shape", requires Charisma 13, and BAB of +3

Have your adjustment bootstrap the change shape racial ability (raChangeSh) and while bootstrapping give that the PolyEffect.BeastShap2 (assuming it works like beast shape II, since foxes are tiny IIRC) and FormLimit.rmFox tags (this sets the candidate expression for what races can be chosen in the polymorph form).
