Ok so I posted this in the hero lab section but it appears to be getting ignored.

I would like to purchase hero lab, however the "Buy Hero Lab Now" link is redirecting to the homepage, and not allowing me to progress any further.

I've had this issue now for 4 days, I've emailed you guys and posted on the forums, and still I've received no help, perhaps it was because I posted on the hero lab section and not here, I'm not sure.

Either way I need help.

On to the other part for me making a new thread, when all this gets sorted out and I manage to buy hero lab, it says it gives me 2 licenses, I assume I can give one to a friend?

and if I can give one to a friend, and I buy all the additional content packages, will they affect both licenses or just one of them?

I don't think I'd make that assumption. I'm pretty sure that's exclusively for you to use on a second computer (if needed) - not a friend. I can't find anything specifically covering that at the moment, but I know I've seen it somewhere before. If I come across the wording before someone else, I'll link it.

As for the rest, sorry, but I'm of no help there. I'm still trying to get the demo to work to evaluate before buying.

I never did actually spot anything forbidding it in the license agreement (though admittedly, it was only a quick glance), but I found what I had been thinking of - a forum post from one of the Lone Wolf guys:

Consequently, sharing licenses lessens our ability to implement new features, add new game systems, support new platforms (like tablets), and create entirely new products to simplify the lives of gamers everywhere. If any of these benefits are of value to you, please consider the implications before sharing licenses with others.

The part that forbids it is in paragraph 4 of the license agreement you linked:

You agree not to:

...
(2) provide your assigned license number(s) or product key file(s) to others (if any)

Thanks for the clarification! I knew it had to be in there, but I was looking in the section discussing the secondary license(s). I'll give the license info a much closer read before deciding whether to buy.
